As the name suggests, these classes are High Intensity, which means you will get your heart rate up high. Your intervals will be of a work period and a rest period repeated.
Boxing Fitness:- No need to worry about how fit you are, our classes cater for all fitness levels.
In these fun, high intensity classes you will be performing body weight exercises, hitting focus pads, the heavy bag, punching your way to a tighter, leaner body.
Our boxing fitness classes are non-intimidating, fun and challenging and you don't have to worry about getting hit, it is designed only for fitness and gaining results.

BoxTech:- A 30 minute class focusing mainly on punching technique, pad holding technique and foot movement for boxing so you feel comfortable and safe in our boxing fitness classes or for anyone wanting to sharpen their boxing technical skills.
