Strong Body:-    Resistance training  classes to strengthen and condition the muscles , joints and bones.
                                               Become stronger, change your body shape and get toned while improving joints and your bone density.
                                               The benefits of resistance training are well known , stay young, strong and help reduce injuries while                                                     building a toned, lean body.


HIIT:-  These short 30 minute classes will get you burning fat, boosting your metabolism way after the workout and                                   quickly improve your fitness level.
                   As the name suggests, these classes are High Intensity, which means you will get your heart rate up high. Your                                 intervals will be of a work period and a rest period repeated. 


Boxing Fitness:-   No need to worry about how fit you are, our classes cater for all fitness levels.
                                                     In these fun, high intensity classes you will be performing body weight exercises, hitting focus pads,                                                       the heavy bag, punching your way to a tighter, leaner body.
                                                     Our boxing fitness classes are non-intimidating, fun and challenging and you don't have to worry                                                             about getting hit, it is designed only for fitness and gaining results.

Explode:-  A 30 minute class of dynamic, power movement loaded exercises.  Exercises done explosively. This class will                                    burn fat, get you powerful and training like an athlete.

BoxTech:-​  A 30 minute class focusing mainly on punching technique, pad holding technique and foot movement for                                           boxing so you feel comfortable and safe in our boxing fitness classes or for anyone wanting to sharpen their                                     boxing technical skills.
