I have trained with Ken on and off for the past six years and he has revolutionised the way I view training and diet and demonstrated first-hand the benefits and results of weight training.

I was a professional athlete in my younger years with top notch trainers at hand. Since finishing my sport abruptly my weight became out of control.
It took me a while to get into the right mind of frame to exercise again. Ken eased me back into it and now I train 3 times per week.

Ken takes great care to craft different, challenging and effective routines for every class. He's always able to make adjustments for injuries and gives fantastic guidance and encouragement. This gym is for people who want support with movement, fitness and general health in a friendly, totally non-intimidating environment.

Ken has been a great motivator for me for personal training. I started at the studio in February and find his programs are varied and effective and cater to all levels of fitness. Ken's sense of humour and delivery of the programs is always fun. Since our COVID situation our training has been online which means we didn't miss out. Kens exercise programs are fun and challenging. During the fitness challenge my shape changed and I built more lean muscle. Unfortunately COVID has temporarily meant that we could not train at the gym. Ken has gone over and above to keep us motivated with regular online classes which my husband is now enjoying too. 7 years is a long time to stick with one trainer but with Ken it's a no brainer as I have always found his classes to be really well thought out, well organised, incredibly professional but best of all tons of fun...he has the ability to make us work like Trojans with out realising, because we are having so much fun........I have tried out lots of trainers over the years but I can honestly say Ken is the best......

Ken makes working out enjoyable. He caters to everyone’s individual needs and is encouraging and motivating. Every time you workout it’s different, which keeps it interesting.
