I've decided to start a support group which will run every 2 weeks on a Thursday night that members can come and share their Health and Fitness journey with other members.
By meeting and discussing everyones health and fitness journies as a group, bonds and friendships are made and strengthened, ideas are created and success is garaunteed. It's where we discuss your next step, get past any difficulties, or road blocks you may have come up against, it's where you can tell your successes and whats worked for you or hasn't, it's where we work everything out between each other to support every person and where we build a small community of like minded people that want the same thing, to succeed at achieving their goals.
