​Sleep

​This week, all you’re going to do is make sure to get 8 hours of sleep per night. Put it in your calendar when you will be going to bed and don't hit the snooze when your alarm goes off! Just get up!!
Homework: write every morning when you wake, how you slept, in as much detail as possible.
Tip: 
1. Before going to bed, try and reduce the use of tech stuff at least an hour before, that's all your blue screens, phone, computer, I-pad etc

2. Try listening to soft calming music, even better meditate for 10 minutes.
     We'll be looking at a few other ways also. One is simply breathing.

3. Don't eat atleast an hour before going to bed.
