There are a few simple things to do that are small that will benefit your health straight away.
The first is change the salt you use: Table salt is a refined salt that has been extracted of it's minerals and caking agents are added so it doesn't clump. You can change to Himalayan Crystal Salt and or Celtic Sea salt which has all it's mineral and trace elements in it and better for our health.
The second is sugar: If you use white refined sugar, replace with raw sugar or try a natural sweetener called Stevia, it comes in different forms and can taste different depending on how you buy it. It's from the plant, has been known to lower blood pressure and has no calories.
The third change is simple: drink water, the recommendation is between 2-3 litres a day. If you drink fruit Juices, soft drinks or sports drinks, these have a high sugar content and simply drinking water will improve your health dramatically.
Tip: try a glass of water with 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of Celtic sea Salt. It's a healthy mineral tonic drink.
