Meats
Stay away from processed meats like bacon, ham, strasburg, salami, hot dogs etc.
They are simply no good for you. If you are going to eat them best only now and then.
Red meat, if you eat red meat try to stick with only 2-3 times per week and choose lean cuts.
Fish, that live in cold waters are the best to select as they provide more Omega 3 fatty acid, great for heart & brain health.
Salmon, lake trout, sardines, and albacore tuna are probably the best.
Try getting some fish in 2 times a week.
White meat, Chicken, Turkey, Duck.
If you can afford it, always buy organic, grass fed meats.
Depending on what foods you like will depend on your shopping list.
The main thing I want you to understand, to get the best results, to live with energy, vibrance and a leaner body, we need to go back to basics and eat wholesome, nutrient dense, non-processed foods.
