Live Strong

Live Strong is a class for the older citizens who don't like the intensity of our other classes and still would like to exercise but at a more relaxed pace.
Our Mature Movers classes will take you through exercises that will help you maintain or improve your mobility, strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and energy so you can do the activities you love in life.
We work on resistance training  to strengthen and condition the muscles and bones,  cardio exercises to strengthen the lungs and heart, mobility exercises to improve joint movement and stretches to keep the body limber.
Just because you hit a certain age doesn't mean you have to stop, movement is the key to staying young, enjoying your prime years and living your life the way you want to.
Not only will you feel stronger, fitter, more mobile, it's a chance to meet others and build great friendships with other like minded go getters.
