Accountability Overview
Accountability is the most important part of the Challenge. Each week, you will download a "weekly focus sheet" that will help keep you on track. They will be found at the beginning of each accountability week in the portal.
In this section, you’ll build habits that will allow you to achieve long-term success and keep yourself accountable. You’ll have one habit to work on per week. Each week you will stack on the previous week’s and you’ll be a lean, mean fat-burning machine if you continue. The habits you’ll start are:
1. Sugar Consumption(being aware)
2.learn to portion your protein
3. Sleep at least 8 hours a night
But on top of that make you aware of other steps
Such as:
Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
Stretch/breathe/meditate 10 minutes
Build Your Immunity by doing the above steps
or if you've already nailed some of the 3 top steps we'll work on others that will move you forward.
Why just one habit a week? With most plans, you’ll try to do everything at once. That’s a recipe for failure. We don’t want you to fail. We want this to be the thing that finally helps you reach your goals. By breaking down these easy-to-follow habits into weeks, it’ll help build long-term habits that will serve you a lifetime.
